Membership and visits
- Membership and visits to Ω Labs are by application and admin approval.
- Members and visitors agree to the code of conduct and to space norms.
- We may decline applications, suspend, or end memberships at our discretion when conduct or fit no longer aligns with the community.
- Posted prices apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may adjust prices with notice for future periods.
Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Day-pass and monthly subscription receipts are emailed automatically.
- Day-pass cancellations are self-serve and fully refunded automatically; we ask members to cancel at least 48 hours in advance as a courtesy.
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Approved events that are subsequently cancelled (by admin or proposer) free up capacity that day; the proposer is notified by email.
Acceptable use
- Don’t break the law, harass others, or post content that infringes others’ rights.
- Don’t access or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you’re not authorized to.
- Don’t spam, scrape, or abuse our services or APIs.
- Don’t bring physical or digital risks into the space (weapons, malware, etc.).
We may suspend access without notice if continuing access would create risk to other members, the space, or our infrastructure.

Your use is also governed by our privacy policy. HΩ is subject to Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
